My fave is the caramel macchiato. For a twelve ounce cup (SBux tall) put 3 pumps vanilla syrup in the bottom of the cup. Steam the milk and pour into the cup holding back the foam with a spoon. Put a little of the foam on top of the milk leaving enough room for the shot of espresso which goes on top. Over that drizzle some caramel sauce. NUMMMS!

I like breve latte’s. espresso and steamed half & half. Maybe some vanilla.
I am big on Mochas and Caramel Lattes.
For a home version of a Mocha:
Put a few squirts of Hershey’s syrup at the bottom of your cup
Add 1 shot of espresso (for 12oz) or 2 shots (for 16oz and above or if you just want the extra caffeine)
Add steamed milk
Add whipped cream if you would like it
Caramel Latte
Add caramel syrup at the bottom of your cup
Add # of shots
Add steamed milk
Top it off with a little bit of foam, or whipped cream. Depends on which you would rather have.
You can buy bottles of syrup at Starbucks for about $7 and you can find them at many specialty cooking stores or other coffee shops. Don’t forget you can add flavors to anything…if you like Peppermint Mochas, just add a bit of peppermint to your recipe.
