I have always thought that when you went with a brand name like Cuisinart you bought quality. This mixer was a disappointment. Would not buy again.

Got this mixer as a replacement for a very old machine, based on the great reviews and the reasonable price. It is a rock solid, powerful mixer that is ready to do battle with anything it’s put in. Certainly as advertised and as most reviews indicate. The ONLY complaint is that the lowest speed available is way too fast! Unless you want your kitchen decorated, that is. Great price and shipping at Amazon.
