Two Cuisinart coffee makers this year. . . one a gift, one bought, both broke and I’ve been waiting for replacement for 2 months. Customer service is rude and a joke. They say that they can’t tell when product will ship so they are either liars or they set up the system to keep you hanging. Not only would I not buy this one, but Cuisinart should be avoided. I purchased this yesterday and couldn’t believe what a piece of garbage it is. Pouring the water in the recepticle was a disaster. The taste of the coffee was a disaster. It got pretty good reviews so I’m confused. I’m a coffee drinker and this item just didn’t do it for me. I wish I could say otherwise. I’m taking it back today. Rating: 1 / 5
I received this coffee maker as a gift. I was pouring the coffee and didn’t have the lid tight enough. . . it’s difficult to adjust. The lid fell on the vinyl floor and a large piece cracked off. I would not recommend this coffee maker. Rating: 2 / 5
Worked well for about 1 month. Since that time, it always leaks when brewing a pot of coffee. It is difficult to pour all of the contents . I am so dissatisfied with this product. Unfortunately, the coffee maker we had before is no longer made. On to the next brand. . . . . Rating: 1 / 5
Pros: Looks really pretty in the kitchen. Easy to set-up and program. Cons: Brews luke-warm coffee. My first cup is cold by the time I finish. I often have to microwave first and subsequent cups. Hard to pour out last cup. Multiple attempt to contact customer support have failed. Probably back to Mr. Coffee for the future. Rating: 2 / 5
