do you mean just the normal fraps, and any particular one? here’s a smattering from the Starbucks Website:
Venti Vanilla Frap – 560 cal (140 from fat)
Venti Carmel Frap – 500 cal (150 from fat)
Cinnamon Dolce – 490 cal (140 from fat)
Coffee Frap – 340 cal (40 from fat)
Java Chip Frap – 600 cal (200 from fat)
Cofee Light Frap – 180 cal (10 from fat)
The fraps range from the “healthy side” with the Coffee one (either light or regular) from 180 calories, with ten grams of fat to the Java Chip normal one which is like a meal in itself.
The ones that have carmel, whip cream and or chocolate are the worst.

I’m looking hard for a coffee maker that makes good, and hot coffee. I have bought, and returned many?
I like coffee to be piping hot. I tried Senseo. 5 different Mr. Coffee machines, GE, Perculators, even a $100 Bunn. They all make coffee that is only warm to me. So who is really happy with their coffee maker? What is the hotest brand out there. You can tell I’m very into my coffee. It is the first thing I care about in the morning, and I have about 8-10 cups a day, so its only natural that I want it my way. I suspect that the manufacturers produce their machines to work with lower temperature water for safety reasons. But all elecrtic kettles, stoves and ovens go to propper temps. Why should my coffee suffer? Do I need to pay $250 for a commercial brewer?Thank you for your time on this.

How many cups of coffee/espresso do you drink a day and what is your favorite drink?
I am extremely addicted to coffee and spent way too much money on an espresso machine. I can’t help it, I’m addicted. I probably drink around 4 cups of coffee a day. I usually drink 2 cups of black coffee and 2 cups of espresso. Non fat white mochas are my favorite 
i don’t buy coffee i make my own.
and i know too much about coffee since ive worked at a coffee shop for several years!

We currently have one of those large coffee pots in our office, so we get I’d say between 8-10 cups of coffee per pot. We currently have Peet’s French Roast (nasty) and we usually put about 3-4 scoops in the coffee filter which is a regular sized coffee filter (flat). I honestly have no idea how many pots we get out of each 1 pound bag because many people make coffee here in our office. How many pots would you say you’d get from 1 pound of ground coffee?
